• Custom-made and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Returns received after the 14-day window, or those that are poorly packaged or not insured, will unfortunately not be accepted.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Jewelry that shows signs of wear or has been modified by someone other than R Jewellers will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Loose diamonds must include the original lab grading certificate.
• Eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized due to their unique design, so please be sure of your ring size before placing an order.
