1.2. When you place an order, we will send an acknowledgment email detailing the products you’ve purchased.

1.3. Your order details are not stored on the website, so we recommend saving or printing your confirmation email. If needed, you can retrieve past order information by contacting us directly.

2.1. Deliveries are only made to locations serviced by FedEx and Malca-Amit, unless otherwise arranged.

2.2. Estimated delivery time and shipping costs are provided during checkout. While R Jewellers strives to meet delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, R Jewellers is not liable for any resulting inconvenience.

2.3. Risk of loss or damage during delivery transfers to the customer upon shipment.

2.4. Secure delivery is typically managed through FedEx and Malca-Amit. Alternate couriers may be used when necessary.

2.5. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. If undeliverable, the customer must retrieve the package from the alternative location specified by the courier. If uncollected within 5 working days, the delivery is deemed complete.

2.6. We recommend providing a secure delivery address. Delivery is considered successful once the order reaches the provided address or designated collection point, not necessarily upon personal receipt.

3.1. R Jewellers may verify your identity and conduct anti-fraud checks. You have the right to request details of any such checks by contacting us.

3.2. Orders are processed only if the selected items are in stock. If items are unavailable, you will be informed and fully refunded.

3.3. Prices listed on the site are subject to change and may contain errors. If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified and given the option to confirm or cancel your order.

3.4. Payments must be made online through our checkout process.

3.5. Ownership of items transfers to the customer upon delivery and full payment.

3.6. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless otherwise noted. EU customers are subject to 21% VAT. Customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT but may incur import duties or taxes in their country. R Jewellers is not responsible for these additional charges.

4.1. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must meet the following conditions:

a) Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

b) Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon by R Jewellers.

In cases of damage, faults, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. A full refund will be issued only if the issue originates from our end.

4.2. Items must be returned with original packaging and certificates. Failure to return certificates may result in a fee of €150 to €2,000 depending on the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and packaging costs, which vary based on location and item value.

4.3. All returns are subject to inspection. Engraved or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For security, do not mention “R Jewellers” or “jewellery” on return packaging.

4.4. All measurements are approximate. If unsure about ring size, we recommend choosing a standard size (EU 53-54). Free resizing is available for standard items (shipping and taxes excluded). Incorrect custom sizing may incur a charge of up to €400 (excluding VAT).

4.5. R Jewellers retains ownership of unpaid items. If we request the return of unpaid goods, you are required to do so promptly.

4.6. A one-year warranty is offered for manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or misuse. Once delivered, the responsibility for care and insurance lies with the customer.

4.7. Any unauthorized modification or repair by a third party voids both the return and warranty policies.

5.1. All content on the R Jewellers website — including text, images, videos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of R Jewellers or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

5.2. Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
